Where do I start?

It's a fair question, since one glance at my home page and you'll be swamped with therapy modalities. 

Breathing over here, drumming over there...gonging...cacao...tarot (I've been busy). 

The truth is, there is no starting point, because we're all so brilliantly fickle. 

Studies show that we all have a dominant brain hemisphere, eye, hand, foot...and even nostril! 

Some of us are highly visual , others auditory  and all of us process our emotions differently.

A dominant sense is hard-wired into our brains, influencing how we experience the world around us.

This includes dreaming; with some engaged in language processing and others navigating inner landscapes in visual technicolour. 

So the type of session I'd recommend depends on the issue you're working with. All you need to do is show up and tell your story. 

Here's the overview:

Talking therapies  are a fantastic way to bring your issues into sharp focus before ‘diving down’ to work with raw emotion from the inside-out.

Sound therapy  is great for deep relaxation and breathwork  is fantastic for working experientially with emotions and linking them back to 'held' narratives in the body.

Finally, drum journeys  are good for creative visualisation and guidance.

Both plant medicines  and tarot  are highly directive mediums, powered by our intentions. So, if you're extremely clear on what you want to shift, this stuff can work wonders.
