Virtual trip to the Amazon?

Just back from Ibiza.

Five sun drenched days of being beach slugs on Salinas, coupled with some very special off-season parties at Pikes and Las Dalias (anyone been to Akasha? Shout if so! Highly recommended!).

I'm now back in the groove, with memories of Freddie Mercury's ex boudoir (now a club) and a HUGE travel itch.

This got me thinking about that time I travelled to the Peruvian Amazon a few years back.

Hi Rob!

Much of this time was spent in ceremony at an ayahuasca centre called Chakra AlegrΓa de Amor.

I spent around ten days here alone, with 110 species of medicinal plants  and 17 species of highly venomous snakes . Ten minutes walk from another human .

I spent a lot of this time taking sound recordings from my tambo hut to use in journey soundscapes. All this is still in the works and naturally you'll be the first to hear about it.

In the meantime, as a gift to my lovely subscribers, here's a little 20-minute taster of sounds from the Amazon.

So turn off your mind, relax and float downstream.

Extra shout to my agua florida rainforest pals.
