Stalking Macca plus Easter egg inside!

I'm a day early with your usual Friday blog, since I'm scampering down to deepest Sussex in the morn.

--Not before tonight's Andy Weatherall tribute at Fabric. It'd be remiss of me not to pop in for a cheeky couple of hours.

Where am I headed?

Possibly my worst kept secret: Barefoot Yurts nr Rye. A perfectly secluded bluebell wood, overlooking a deep valley in the arse end of nowhere. Plus Macca lives next door (still haven't found him). It looks a bit like this.

Easter has become an important annual date to get out of the city and re-learn the art of doing nothing / nada / zilch.  Sounds easy right? But weirdly for most urbanites --self included-- the opposite is true. Especially now Instagram has trapped me in an endless loop of infinity scrolling cat content.

So this weekend I'm channeling Rumi: "The quieter you become, the more you can hear."

I'm back Tuesday and have a few spots left that week if you're passing through North London and fancy indulging in a gong journey or breathwork session (they're fun - promise!).

Subscriber Easter egg? Hit reply and I'm doing 10% off single sessions (£70 - normally £80) if you book before April 14.

Finally: spoiler alert - I've been in the studio laying down loads of carefully crafted, 40-minute journey sessions themed around the four elements (all my own work). I'm ridiculously excited about releasing these into the world later this year. You're already on my list, so you'll be the first to hear about them!
